I am looking for a dvd where the steps are easy to follow. I want something that clearly demonstates each move.
I want it to be clear that I am not looking for porn or anything containing nudity. I am seeking a DVD that can teach pole dancing as fitness, not as stripping.
I have heard that p90x dvd is helpful for fitness
