where can i buy a plasma tv wall mount with shelves?

I looked at your supplied image, and I have an important question. How does the heat from the top of the TV dissipate into the air? It looks like the TV is fully enclosed in the structure, except for the display.
Even if the unit is open at the top, there is not enough free air around the set to allow the naturally-occurring heat from a plasma TV to vent away into the air. The heat will be trapped around the set, which is high on the list of things not to do with a plasma or LCD TV. I would avoid this thing.
