Typically “Shredding” exercise routines are very effective at burning fat. They are often intense, coupled with a low-carb diet, hight rep, low weight, aerobic punishment which will likely make you hate life. But, they work. I’d stick with the 30day shred if you were serious about dopping lbs. If you’re really ambitious add a 30-45minute jog in the opposite part of the day to really secure maximum reduction.
